To increase top-line growth the internationally oriented medical device company needed to become more customer oriented.

Approach

The ISEA / Triathlon team interviewed key customers and prospects of the client to provide an outside-in view of the company. A hypothesis based approach was used and a customer verified conclusion was delivered. 

Result

Key customer needs were identified resulting in extended product proposals, including both hardware and service offerings.
